I filed 2 claims with them and both were rejected. Spent 10+ hours on the phone with their customer service and the vet trying to fix the error they made. Finally gave up after a month. Second claim was for a simple blood test and it was declined because they didn't find the vet notes sufficient enough. The form was detailed and filled out completely. They try anything to decline the claim. This is a complete scam.

I wanted to thank you guys for all your help with little Oreo and look forward to coverage with you throughout his life. I've had no problems and am pleasantly surprised with ease of claims and I really think your the best coverage money can buy for my little dude. I love having exclusions upfront and knowing what I'm covered for which is not offered at any other company.

If an animal develops an illness, I would expect a reasonable amount for care ie:special food to keep her kidneys functioning

We have had this service for many years and have been very satisfied! the customer service, the online system for claims, and the all round care of this company puts them in my number one spot. When my Doberman Crade Eyian passed away last year they did not hesitate to refund the unused paid insurance, they even sent a card! The staff member who I spoke with was very kind and showed a lot of compassion. Now with Crade gone we have been utilizing the insurance for our other pup named Bella Nox who is 10 now and is going through tests for Cushing Disease , and let me tell you the coverage for all the tests and medications is well worth the monthly payments. Your refund is 2-4 weeks, but submitting everything takes seconds. I have no problem waiting on the refunds as the service is what I truly care about. If information is missing on a claim they will contact you immediately to ensure you get the refund. I fully recommend Pets Plus Us!!
