So helpful!

Pets Plus Us was so helpful when Clarence had a trip to the emergency vet! The claim was detailed and helped me understand how much was covered (the majority of his visit) and the customer service reps have been so kind and caring whenever I phone. Knowing that I would pay any amount to keep my cat happy and healthy, having Pets Plus Us means knowing my love for my pets isn’t going to break the bank.

One of the best decisions we’ve made for the care of our family

We enrolled in Pets Plus Us insurance when we adopted our cat Beck from the local animal shelter. It is one of the best decisions we have made to ensure the wellbeing of our family. Beck quickly became a much loved part of our family but unfortunately he developed chronic health issues which needed the help of a specialist veterinarian and occasional hospitalization. We had peace of mind knowing we would be able to access this care for Beck because of Pets Plus Us. Beck is doing well and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Stay Away. They take your money faithfully but don't cover anything.

Scummy company Takes advantage of pet owners who are trying to do the right thing. They don't cover anything. They just want your premiums.

Wonderful financial support with a quick turnaround

Monthly Cost

Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. There is no upper age limit.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.

Exclusions

All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement. All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
