PPU was very prompt in paying my rather large claim. Thank you!

I would highly recommend PPU. I have both of my Goldens insured with them and have been very happy with their service. They are very helpful when an issues arises and work quickly toward a resolve.

Saved my puppy her life!

My 6 month old pup has had a very difficult start in her life, between 10 rounds antibiotics for UTI and 2 major surgeries I have to say she would have never made it this far if it wasn’t for petsplusus coverage. They have been very goodand if it wasn’t for them my pup would have not had this chance to survive a difficult situation.

Great comfort having insurance

It is so much comfort to know that our sweetheat's medical costs are covered and we don't have to decide whether we can afford to give him the care he needs.

Monthly Cost

Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. There is no upper age limit.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.

Exclusions

All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement. All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
