Service that set my mind at ease
My dog Oliver had to have emergency surgery that took us to two ERs which was stressful enough, and we had exceptional care at both. But Pets Plus Us Insurance made the claims process easy and unstressful for the already stressful situation. I didn't have to do a thing, the vet clinics submitted everything for me and all I had to do was confirm with Pets Plus that they received all they needed, easy peasy. They approved everything and I am just waiting for the reimbursement. Thank you all for everything! Samantha and Oliver

Excellent coverage, easy to claim, no hassles and great customer service
I have 2 standard poodles age 9 and 12. Multiple issues over their lives. Many, many claims. Never a hassle, only help. The best investment I’ve ever made.

Wonderful customer service experience!
I just want to give a big shout out to Tyler at Pets Pluse Us.
He was very helpful in educating and explaining a handful of things we were uncertain about. He gave us peace of mind that we have our Labby girl all taken care of when it comes to her insurance!

Monthly Cost
Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
There is no upper age limit.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.
Exclusions
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
