it is not possible to do anything on the site and the service is slow
The insurance website is very basic. Everything you have to call and it will be long.
Every claim you make, they will take more than a month to respond.
Honestly, look for another insurance.

Review of Our Newest Insurer
We had been with 24 Pet Watch for almost 10 years. We recently enrolled our 2 new pups with Pets Plus Us.
The enrolment following our puppy trial was very smooth. The customer service level of expertise is commendable.
The claim process is faster then they forecast, which is great. Their explanation of benefits is clear and easy to understand.
We had a major exclusion situation that lasted 5 1/2 months. With several emails, appeals from supporting veterinary and with the review from Pets Plus Us, underwriting team, it was resolved and all my claims were adjudicated, processed and paid out.
I am very please thus far with this company. They truly do have Pet's owners best interest at Heart ~

First Claim TPLO Surgery
This was the first time I have ever used Pet Insurance, and PetsPlusUs made it very easy. Due to the extent of the surgery and cost I had a preapproval done - just to ensure that it was covered. The only hiccup was a little miscommunication when they kept asking for the original vet assessment. I kept thinking they were asking for his pre insurance medical evaluation - but they were actually asking for the doctor's first assessment of the injury. So a little clearer communication on that is the only difficultly I encounter. With the preapproval the submission was easy peasy and paid within a couple weeks. Thank you!!

They answered all our questions, they were sincere and did everything possible to make our claim go smoothly.
Monthly Cost
Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
There is no upper age limit.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.
Exclusions
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
