Hard to deal with full of false promises
I cancelled my coverage the 1st of January as going with another company who has quicker responses and payouts. At that time, I was told January's would still be charged. That was fine. February came, they billed me. The were contacted again and said cheque will be in the mail. March came and yet another charge! I was not happy and emailed them directly wanting answers and pay back. They called at the end of the work day stating a cheque would be in the mail within 10 days. Guess what.... NOTHING! It is now April 10th and Just rec'd notification of yet another withdrawal for April coverage ! What do I have to do?? This company is to say the least, the worst I have ever dealt with. I guess it's time to get some legal advise on this!
