Not just a number
I have read some of the other reviews, & yes sometimes it can take a while to get a refund, however I was encouraged by the wonderful & I mean wonderful, thoughtful, empathetic client services staff to change my payment method to direct bank deposit & my reimbursements were much quicker in being processed. Every single staff member I spoke was expectional in their endeavour to help me however they could, all the time keeping in mind that putting in a claim meant something was wrong with Sam who they asked about on every call there after. Honestly, nothing but wonderful things to say.
