Pets Plus Us | Pet Insurance Review

We only had insurance for a couple of months and Bubba broke his leg and had to have surgery to have 4 pins put in his leg. They covered their portion with no questions asked very quickly. We will be keeping pet insurance for Bubba but we hope he will remain healthy after this unfortunate accident.

My claim was easy to submit and received a cheque quickly. Great customer service.

I left a 1 paw review not too long ago - at that time our claim for an Anal Sac Adenocarcinoma had been denied... Since then, I settled down and sent a rational email outlining my concerns and frustrations to Pets Plus Us. I was contacted by an advocate from the company - she was very helpful! Michelle outlined exactly why our claim was initially denied, explained how to request a reassessment and forwarded our appeal email to a claims manager. In less than 24 hours our reassessment was complete and our claim deemed to be payable! Such a relief that we can move on and focus on helping our fur baby heal!

Such an amazing company to deal with, never any questions regarding claims. Our dog Fordson spent 6 days in icu care at Hospital while they tried to diagnosis what was wrong, after many tests and procedures they were able to help him... without Pets Plus Us we would never been able to go ahead with all those tests! They helped save Fordson!!

I was very upset to learn my dog had developed a illness and I was worried i did not have coverage as i was on the free trial. i called in inquiring about my coverage options and Emma went above and beyond to help me and calm me down.
