100% recommend

We have had this insurance for our pug for 2 years and it’s been nothing but a great experience. Always very compassionate, upfront and easy to deal with and we’ve unfortunately had substantial claims in that time with no issue. 100% recommend.

Good service

The service is great but very slow at processing claims. Would be great if they got a portal as well so clients can check the status of their claims on line.

thank goodness for pet insurance

we have a very active and mischevious dog and if it wasn't for our insurance we may well be broke. He has had mennengitis ,stung, ran into truck resulting in 3 1/2 gash in his side , torn dew claw, bites on his tail ,you mention it he has done it. In times of stress (when he is hurt ) you don't have to think if I can afford this ,you just go see the vet and pets plus have always come through with 80% of the total bill . THANKS VERY MUCH

Monthly Cost

Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. There is no upper age limit.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.

Exclusions

All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement. All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
