DOG Crap Insurance better off with a savings plan
Have filed 1 claim over 4 times and made a least 5 plus phones. Call Center employees work off scripts and always end call on a positive. However nothing was ever fixed still out money for 2 vet visits. The money we spent in premiums could have gone towards getting my pet better but it just went to these crooks. Cancelled and stopped payment as of November 1st. This was after one last frustrating call with Joe on Oct 24, oh by the way Joe still waiting for your call back on the next day. Would not recommend this product to my worst enemy. Save your money in a jar, it would have more value. I will also be speaking to my Vet and request he remove all brochures from his practice. Also starting a social media awareness campaign so others aren't screwed like us!
