Chronically late reimbursements
It never fails to miss but I don't get my EOB for at least one month after I submitted my claim. I called customer service to check on status and was told the amount doesn't matter, but that they have up to 45 days to process th claim. No "I'm sorry for your negative experience," but nonchalantly reiterated the 45 day they had to complete th claim.
