Not very happy with there service
Not very happy with there communication. Also not happy that I have to wait for a claim to be processed in about two month span. When they process claim they put claims together for well care and illness to process and apply the items wrong. This leads to lower amounts to pay out to customers. Also not happy with some of the customer care agents that have a bad Attitude.
