Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

The insurance signup process is good, but it is unclear once you’re using the insurance what will be covered. Even with the wellness plan, lots of wellness items are not covered by a single cent.

We've had a number of dogs for quite a few years. We've had a number of insurance companies for those pets as well. Pets Best has clearly been the best of the lot. They are considerate, honest, and give our pets the attention that we as their owners give them. Thank you Pets Best.

Pet's Best denied all of our claims even though we provided them with everything they asked us for. Daisy , a healthy dog age 3, was covered beginning april 2024. we submitted claims in june and july, to make sure our deductable was met. each claim was denied. by the way let me say that my husband and i tried for 10 days straight to get someone to answer the phone. i kept my speaker one for several hours in case someone answered. we never could get through. i finally got through by pushing the number for vet help. told them to cancel my policy and they hooked me up with Richard, very nice young man. i would never recommend Pets Best to anyone

Easy to submit claims and fast reimbursement

The response time for claims is slow. I also worry about premiums increasing for me next year by an amount that will not be reasonable. I just heard from a friend that her premiums went up after her first year even though you paid no claims out to her.
