I'd like to like Pets Best timing and hope to see improvements soon
1. When I called the wait for a person to answer was 18 minutes.
2. When I submit claims there was no mention of also submitting Vet notes.
3. After each of the 3 claims so far, a nondescript email came about a week and a half after submitting saying there is a delay in processing, but no reason for delay.
4. It took over 3 weeks to get the first claim payment.
5. Nationwide answers the phone after 2 or less minutes. Nationwide requires Vet notes on the online claim form. Nationwide pays claims within a week or usually less.
6. Can Pets Best please do whatever it takes to answer the phones quickly, provide a way for Vet notes in claim submission online and pay out claims in a week?
