Processing Time
The length of time it takes to process a claim is TOO LONG!!!! I do not understand why it is taking 30+ days to process a claim. I’ve been a customer for years. I pay my bill every month on time. I would like to see the claim process be cut in half to no more than 15 days. Hire more people! It sounds like you are short staffed & need more help. Customers should not have to wait this long to get a claim processed.
