Stay away from this company.
1). Extremely long hold times when calling customer service.
2). Changing definitions so they don’t have to pay. Submitted a claim for an xray on a congenital defect my puppy was born with. They say the “illness” isn’t covered because the xray was taken within the 14 day “illness” waiting period. The xray is not a result of illness. I had it done because my puppy went in for a booster shot and thought I’d save money having the xray done at home vs. Boston MA at specialty hospital.
3). At specialty hospital in Boston 2 months later, they are not paying claim for “illness” because now it is a preexisting condition. Seriously?
This company is unreal. Stay away!!
