My monthly rate went up over $30…
My monthly rate went up over $30 without even filing a claim in 2 years. When my dog did get sick, it took them almost 2 months to review my claim. I have been with them for 3 years and think this will be my last year.

every thing had being great. All the claims hade been addressed properly. with an explanation accordingly for each case.

Premium is too high for return
I feel like I pay too high of a premium for the plan not to cover most bill I submit for reimbursement. I haven’t submitted many, thankfully, but when I do, it hardly ever

Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
