Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

My claim was done correctly and I got paid exactly what was coming to me. This vet bill was was over $2,000 and and having this insurance really helps.

I purchased Pets Best most comprehensive plan after adopting a new dog, and now, five months later, I just canceled it. Don't bother with this company. Keep looking. In those five months, I filed two claims. Both claims two about 6 weeks to process and then they denied everything as "pre-existing conditions", including things like a vet appointment and antibiotics for an open wound that occurred two months after the policy started. Luckily, those were fairly small bills, but I can’t imagine how angry I would be if it was something more serious and more expensive. Based on my experience with them, I imagine that would involve some financial struggle while waiting for reimbursement on two month old claims followed by fighting for even longer to get the eventual denials reviewed.

Pets best has been an absolute life saver for both of our babies!!! BEST INSURANCE EVER!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very easy to submit a claim and get a response. They let you know if there is a delay. Great Pet Insurance and will highly recommend.
