Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

Sent in 2 bills. One new and the copy requested showing paid on old bill when we returned from a long vacation. New one covered and old one still not processed because you closed it while we were away.

I have submitted the same claim for my dogs pancreas medications for about a year without any problems or issues getting paid. I submitted the same original paperwork since last year on 8-9-24 and re submitted everything again on 9--9-24! It already takes 45 days to get paid back. I spend $700 a month and this time its going to take over 90 days to get any money back. This time the process was terrible. I called into customer service twice, the first person who helped me was not very friendly and I feel she made the issue take longer on purpose! I would cancel my policy and go to another company if it were not for my dogs pre existing conditions!!! I referred two clients to you guys the past month and wish I would not have! The entire claim process for this was a joke & I am the one paying for it (still will not get my reimbursement for another 45 days!)

Pets Best is true to their word in providing pet vet coverage. They deliver a clear and concise Explanation of Benefits, and deliver the reimbursement in a timely fashion.

They always have the greatest customer service and payment is always made so fast as I have a dog with a auto immune disease and I don’t know what I would do without pets best they are the BEST

My claims have gone along smoothly and timely I have used the Vet service by phone, which is very nice as well
