Claims process is too slow
Claims process is smooth. Claims processing and payment is too slow. Waiting for 3+ weeks for a claim to be processed and payment for claim is unacceptable. I front the payment for the vet bill via credit card and racking up unnecessary interest payments for slow payment of claim 😕

This is a blessing!!! Everyone with pets needs this.
I’ve had pet insurance with pets best for over a year and you never hope you have to use it but that it will be easy and effective if you do. Well my pittie needed surgery on her ear and the total cost of treatment was over 2k. I submitted the claim and receipts to pets best and in about a week I was told my claim is being paid and I got most of my money back minus my deductible. I’m so happy we have this to make sure we don’t worry if we can afford our babies treatments.

I can’t say I am impressed irl this…
I can’t say I am impressed irl this company. I filed my claim and was notified it had been received. Several messages followed apologizing for the delay. After a month still no reimbursement.
Very poor consumer service.
