Quality service at Pets Best
A few weeks back my 11 month old blind kitten passed away due to FIP. Last year was the first year I ever got pet insurance, for Dash and my other cat Harry. I never thought I would have to make a claim so soon, but Pets Best claim form was easy to fill out and they had multiple ways of submitting the claims. I quickly got a confirmation that the received my claims and were processing. They completed the process well before their allotted time (and sent my an e-mail update) and my checks arrived 3 days later. They were very kind on the phone when I cancelled Dash's policy. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Pets Best and I will remain a loyal customer. Thank You Pets Best.
