Excellent!
Very good customer service. They take the time to listen. I fax my claims and receive a response the next day through email saying that they received the claim and will send a reply within twenty four hours. I have direct deposit, and I feel this is the best way to go. My cat, Oreo, is 10 years old and recently diagnosed as a diabetic.
