Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I have had another pet insurance many years ago and found it to be substandard to PETS BEST which I have covered my 4 dogs (furchildren) for the past four years. All and all, I do not think that I without this insurance would have been able to treat anyone of them for life threating diseases/illnesses. Renal Failure for my Weimaraner, HGE for my Rat Terrier & know potential testing for Laryngeal Paralysis secondary to pneumonia. All within one years time. The out of pocket cost would have never been able for me to afford with out this wonderful insurance! The customer care represensative are caring, patient and ever so helpful and compassionate. They are always try to help and empathize which is very important to people in a crisis situation with their beloved pets. I am just blessed to be able to afford this insurance irregardless that I am on SSDI, but I have always made sure "my kids" were ALWAYS covered!! They are my loves and my life that make my life worth living!

(Hope you get to read my true feelings.) When it comes time to pay claims, they hold back. Customer service also becomes poor when there is a problem. Pet Best is not the best and does not try to satisfy their customers. I am very dissatified and they didn't try to rectify the problem nor even cared dispite the words that came out of their deceitful mouth. They have lost a customer. Don't waste your time trying to appeal because they will not change their mind. Look else where for insurance. Best of luck. Beware: There are other deceitful companies out there.

Pets Best has an attractively uncomplicated procedure, but manages to find innumerable excuses for paying pay as little as possible on every claim. After almost a year with PB, i have paid in $900 for two dogs, and received only $340 total on 10 claims, most for more than $500.I've cancelled my policy.

You came through Petsbest! My dog got injured unexpectedly, I processed my claims and you reimbursed according to my plan. Thank you for following through and allowing me to have comfort. God forbid an emergency happens again, I know my little one is covered. Thank you!

Each and every time I have used them they are so quick to refund back my part of the claim. I just love them. I have no complaints what so ever and my pups are my children so only the best for them! That is PetsBest Insurance. Peace!
