Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I have been absolutely delighted with Pets Best Insurance. The insurance has helped with not one but two ACL surgeries on our Australian shepherd. As she has grown older she has also had arthritis issues and PB has covered some of her medicine costs. I purchased my policy when my dog was young, but certainly have been most appreciative of their financial assistance as she has grown older. This is just the best insurance policy.

My dog, Lamont has always been healthy and spunky. The other day he was not himself and he had horrible tummy problems. He was seriously ill and I was so scared. I took him to the vet and they ran tests to make sure he was okay. The tests were good, but it was apparent he had eaten something that made him very ill. I've had Pet Best for 3 years and never completed a claim before. I called the them with some questions and the customer service representative was VERY helpful and friendly. Lamont is also feeling much better!

My chihuahua mix, Darla, was hit by a car recently. Thankfully, she only suffered minor injuries. Of course we rushed her to an emergency vet considering the circumstances. With all of the tests they did it was around $600 at the end of treatment. I submitted the claim to Pet's Best and exactly a week later I was reimbursed. No issues, no problems, just fast and reliable service that I can count on. Thank you, Pet's Best!

Trust me, I reviewed several insurance companies before settling on Pets Best and I have never regretted it! The same day my claim is faxed to the company, I get a response informing me that the claim has been received. That same day I get another message informing me that the claim has been processed! WOW!!! They could train insurance companies for us humans on rapid turnaround time! Times I have discussed matters with a representative have been very informative and helpful. It would be nice if the state of Maryland allowed benefits for referrals as I have referred Pets Best to several people through the years. This I do not understand...

I have used other pet insurances before but have never had the complete a positive experience working with them. PetsBest has been there for me throughout all the ailments by little Buddy has incurred. With their help, I was able to enjoy Buddy's companionship for 15 years. He has now crossed the Rainbow Bridge and even through this experience, PetsBest was there for me.
