Best customer service. Covered Addison's Disease

Saffy had been having a recurring digestive issue for a couple of years and no one could figure out what was wrong. Finally they realized it was Addison's Disease which is totally treatable! It took $1500 to figure it out and I was stressed about money! Brad at Pets Best was amazing. There was miscommunication between my vet and Pets Best receiving the correct invoice that they needed. Brad got into direct contact with my vet and solved the problem. I had my money back within two days of the problem being solved! It was amazing. I love Pets Best and Brad!

No one is faster than Pets Best

Our Chocolate Lab, Cosmo had a growth on eye lower right eye lid. We were nervous her having surgery. Our vet did an excellent job on the surgery and you can barely tell she even has stitches on her lower lid. Our vet's office offered to FAX our claim and proof of invoice paid to Pets Best Insurance. Within hours, I called to see if they got the paper work. I was treated very nicely, and Bryn even asked how Cosmo was doing. I am very satisfied with the coverage we have chosen years ago, and love the way the CSR's seem like family. I highly recommend PETS BEST INSURANCE.

Direct Deposited $1,000's in Claims Payments

I have two wonderful Havanese dogs with oxalate crystals. Pets Best staff have guided me in how to structure the best insurance plan given the chronicity of the dogs' conditions. Claims have been reviewed and managed in a timely fashion with payments deposited in my bank account electronically. Staff have been not only knowledgeable but also very caring. As a retired individual, I appreciate the respect they have always shown me when I call.

They Pay Huge Claims!

I made a claim for a TPLO surgery on my Neapolitan Mastif, Atticus, which I knew should be covered. However, I was not completely relieved until I knew the claim was approved and payment was made. The claim was processed extremely timely as advertised and payment made the same. I couldn't be more relieved or satisfied. Thanks Pets Best; truly the best!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
