Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Stephens back in the 80's when pet insurance was unheard of. He has done a remarkable job in not only the veterinary field but now the insurance field. I have kept up with the other pet insurance programs and none can beat the quality and care that you receive from Pets Best! Thank you for being there! (Rating a "9" simply because I don't believe any company can have a perfect "10" - but 9.5 would be more like it!)

I mostly got this insurance for the wellness plan. It is worth it because it pays for virtually all of my dog's yearly care, including teeth cleanings and preventative care(such as heartguard). All of the claims I have submitted are complete with the check in my hand in less than 2 weeks.

I am totally happy with pets best. i have 5 dogs insured with them. they are great and fast with the claim turaround. i have recommended you to many people and will continue to recommend, i beleive everyone should have pet insurance you never know when something will happen. my 2-3/4 lbs yorkie just lost one eye and almost lost the 2nd eye but they were able to repair it and he is on the mend. i don't know what i would have done if i hadn't had pb insurance. thanks and keep up the good work.

We woke up one horrible morning to find our baby girl our doxie (6 yrs) paralyzed. We tried everything, but with a choice of 7K or put her to sleep we looked for other alternatives. $1300 just to see what the problem was, but not fix it UGH!!! The waiting and not acting because of financial hardship was and always will be in my mind the reason that we lost her. Whatever it was moved up her spine and she was gone in 1 wk. Our vet cried when he saw much she had gone downhill. I am soooo very happy that I found Pets Best there hasn't been an incident since that I was stressed out about money. Thanks for making the process easy and painless. Claims are processed quickly and with care. Always quick responses when I ask questions.

Perfect coverage. My last cat didn't have coverage & he lived for 17 years. Many of his Illnesses we could have claimed. Learned my lesson the hard way. We definitely wanted this insurance brand for our two new kittens. Deductibles & coverage were explained clearly.
