Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I have had other named insurances but now am with Pets Best for FOUR years!! It IS your pet's best insurance!!! Other insurance companies have Schedules which you have to adhere to....and I found AFTER the vet visit I was better off just putting my monthly premium in a savings account because the insurance virtually paid nothing! Pets Best: You pick your deductible and after that the company pays 80%, you pay 20%. This is BETTER than my own health insurance........!! If the problem is not diagnosed and you return to your vet for the same problem you DO NOT have to meet your deductible again. I have three ex-race greyhounds so with these athlete's you never know what to expect in the way of old race injuries. All I can say is that I'll never stray from PETS BEST! They have saved me bundles!!!!! Try it, you'll love the fact that you don't have to worry about economics anymore when it comes to your pet's health. There staff is so supportive and understanding of your pets needs.

I feel this company is making every effort to listen to it's customer's and improve the quality of their products and service. If they continue on like this, I have every confidence I will be a happy customer for the life of my dog. I have and do recommend them to friends with confidence. My German Shepherd has Peranial Fistulas.Her medcine was very expensive, as was her vet bill. Thanks to Pets Best for the fast way the handled the bill. And my other dog a huskey has copd. They paid for her tests and for the inhaler she has to have which is 250.00 a month.Best choice for insurance I could of made

I am pleasantly surprised at the very good service from Pets Best. I was a bit concerned having never had pet insurance before, but I rescued a large dog and figured I am bound to need it at some time! This was her annual check up and vaccine renewal, so nothing major, claim was simple, easy and response was super fast. I am VERY happy with Pets Best.

Pets Best is great. Very straight forward - you pick the deductible and the amount per incident and they pay 80% of your bill, period. No age restrictions on you pet, I insured my 14 year old Lab, my 12 year old German Shepherd plus all of the other house pets. They are very affordable. Their website is great - can get a quote on line immediately, compare their different plans and costs very easily. I fax the claims in and receive the money in my bank account within a week. Great Customer Service. They are very responsive to both phone calls and e-mails. At one point I had 4 dogs and 4 cats insured (Got mulitple pet discount) for $178/month. In one 2 week period, Pets Best reimbursed me for over $2400 in claims. (for two of my geriatric dogs). I have definitely received more money back than I have paid out in premiums. No one should be without Pets Best. I highly recommend it.
