Very happy with this Insurance company.
I have had pet insurance on my dog Lizzie for 4 1/2 years and never had to use it. About a month ago, Lizzie had an episode of a urinary tract infection which we took her to our vet and just 2 short days later, she ate an avacado, pit and all which required a trip to the late night emergency vet hospital. I was very unsure of how to submit my receipts for claim reimbursement, but after speaking to a representative over the phone, she walked my through the steps. It was super easy and within about 7-8 days, we got 2 checks in the mail, one for each vet bill. I only wish my own health insurance was so fast. So far I am very please with the way they do business. I received e-mails regarding my claims, and they kept me abreast of when to expect payment. Can't say enough good things about this company.
