Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

Their reps are some of the friendliest people I've ever spoken with on the phone. They've processed my claims quickly and reimbursement has been as expected with zero hassle. Most recently, due to a computer problem on their end, they happened to lose my claim form, but they called and apologized for the problem and proceeded to process my claim within 2 hours of resubmission! That's impressive service by any measure.

My first experience using my Pet Insurance was a stress free one. The claims process was done completely online. The claim was processed within one week. The policy covered 80% of the amount that was above my policy deductible. I have enrolled in the direct deposit option and this will expedite the reimbursement process.

I took my dog to the ER last week for a liver problem that ended up costing about $1400 all said and done. Being so close to Christmas, I didn't think I would be able to purchase any Christmas presents for my family. I filed the claim with Pets Best, and I literally got my reimbursement 3 days later! I coulnd't be happier with this company. They never deny any of my claims, and are very fast with reimbursements. And most importantly, Christmas will be extra special with my dog Rascal being healthy, and being able to buy gifts for my family. I started with Pets Best many years ago with my first hearing assistance dog and was very impressed with their service when I needed it as she aged. When I received my second service dog, I decided to insure him even though he was not yet two years old. I did not expect to file any claims for years to come... but life is never as expected. He has developed allergies that often result in staph infections requiring expensive antibiotic treatment. Pets Best has been wonderful, quickly processing claims and being extremely helpful when I have questions. His last claim was processed in just several days. I'm glad I did not wait until he was older to insure him with Pets Best
