Kept raising premiums
Premiums went up 50% two years in a row. So they doubled our premiums over 24 months. I just cancelled after the policy renewal raised our premiums again.

Pets Best.- You are Awesome....
I have been a customer of Pets Best for many years. 4 dogs later, sadly only one left now. Had claims on all 4 and Pets Best deal with the claims quickly, professionally and with no hassle pay my claims within a week or so. Peace of mind. You guys are great.

Painless claim submission!
Love this insurance much better than other pet insurance we had. The claim submission process is painless and very easy. The turn around time to receive payment on a claim has never been over 10 days. Wish my health insurance was this easy!

Saved my dog's life
My dog has had 3 surgeries during 2 operations costing over $10000. Without PetsBest I would have had to put my dog down. Their service is great and it took under a week to get reimbursed. I recommend to everyone I know and will continue to insure my pets through this company for their entire lives.

Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
