Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

My black Lab had a fractured tooth. Although I did not sign up for dental coverage, part of the claim was still covered. I've had Pets Best for 5 1/2 years and they are a life saver to help me afford to cover large bills when needed.

My claim is still pending over 30 days

I have had sharpeis for over 20 years and have contracted with numerous pet insurers. Not one can hold a candle to pets best. I recently had to put my 2 1/2 year old female sharpei, Harley to sleep. She required extensive medical and critical care. Pets Best reimbursed me promptly with the highest amount according to my policy. There was never any issue over bills or procedures. Their personnel are always pleasant and helpful on the phone and in our case extremely compassionate. I would never even consider using any other company to insure my dogs. They are the platinum standard.

I was very thankful to have the emergency services available when my cat accidentally ingested stuffing from an old chair. Because it looked like yellowed milkweed and had seeds, I was concerned that it would cause a blockage from the stuffing and/or poisoning from the seeds. Of course, the cat is worth the cost, and I was thankful I happened to have the desired amount, but it was wonderful to have Pet's Best reimburse me for 70% of the cost (met deductible for other 10%), and to have it sent directly to my checking account. I had a question before submitting my claim, and had an online chat with Yeraldin, who was most helpful and encouraging. Thanks for everything!

My Labradoodle, Ruby, had to have Her Achilles Tendonrepaired. Pets Best handled my claim quickly, and I was relieved when I was reimbursed for my claim which was close to the cost of the surgery. Thank-you, Pets Best!
