Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I didn't even know there was such thing as pet insurance until i got my puppy. I was thought to myself "how does this work" & "is this even worth having"? After much research and weighing out the pros & cons about the different companies, I decided Pets Best insurance was the best choice. I was even more convinced after submitting my first claim that I made the BEST decision. The claim process was super easy and fast & The customer service department was FANTASTIC and extremely helpful. I was happy they paid my claim and that I'm getting money back! It pretty much paid for itself. Did I mention this company covers Wellness? Other companies don't. I love this company! Would totally recommend it!

I have all 3 of my cats insured with Pets Best. They are a vast improvement over VPI - there really is no comparison as VPI was terrible. Pets Best is always fair and their turnaround time is very fast. They communicate with me and let me know the status of my claim. One of my cats had to have a benign tumor removed last year. This was expensive and they paid promptly. I have recommended them to all my pet owner friends who are very happy with them also. I will continue to do so.

I TOOK OUT THE INSURANCE OVER 2YRS AGO AND HAD A COUPLE CLAIMS SUMMITED. THEY WERE VERY FAST IN PAYING. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE AND THE AUTO DEPOSIT ON CLAIMS PAID. C/S IS ALWAYS VERY PLEASANT AND WILL ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. IT'S GOOD TO KNOW THAT YOUR ANIMALS ARE COVERED WHEN THEY NEED IT. VET BILLS CAN BE EXPENSIVE. Pets Best's plan is very clear and easy to understand, and when our dog was attacked and needed surgery, the company delivered exactly what they said they would. In addition, the ability to submit claims online is very convenient, as is the ability to have the insurance money direct deposited into our bank account. I am so grateful to Pets Best. My only recommendation would be to get the higher per incident limit. The $2500 we got to cover the surgery was really helpful, but the total cost was $5500. Next year, I'll be getting the $7000 per incident limit.
