Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

This is the only pet insurance company I could find that pays 100% of your vet bill. I mean, you have to meet a deductible first, but once you do, they pay 100% of it! My dog Tuber came down with a nasty case of kennel cough and Pets Best was there with payment of my $348 claim. They've paid some other ones as well but that was the most recent. Calling in is a joy, too. Best customer service especially compared with the last company we used. Get Pets Best and don't look back.

When our little Bella came down with Parvo, we obviously worried about the worst case scenario... death. Thank God Pets Best was there for us and even paid for all the complications that came with the disease. $2,476 dollars later, Bella was her old self again and the money was even direct deposited into our account THREE days after filing the huge claim! Thanks Pets Best!!

My German Shepherd had half his thyroid and bladder stones removed. This was very expensive surgery with lots of lab work. Pets Best promptly paid as promised. I stop complete strangers with dogs to tell them about Pets Best!!!

They took the "uggh!" out of the pet care experience. Pet's Best was easy to enroll in, definitely easy to submit claims, the processing is super-quick, especially if you sign up for direct deposit (really? yes! They have direct deposit into your newly pet-care emptied account! :-) ). They have an odd thing about a 3 day waiting period for an accident (I understand the 2 week waiting period for an illness), but statistically, you're probably ok on this. The customer service explained things clearly and calmly before I signed up (even while I was doing my comparative research), and when Monty-cat got hurt a year into coverage, they paid the claim. Am SO grateful I had pet health insurance! And am so grateful it was with Pet's Best (had another, not-to-named company before, which was pretty underhanded). Thank you, Pets Best! The pricing is in the middle of the pack, but the service and honesty is the best, so it's unquestionably the best value I found. I highly recommend Pets Best coverage for your pet. I hope you needn't use it; but promise you that, if you do, Pet's Best will make it as easy as they can.

I went to the Vet on 06/29 and they refund the money on 07/04. Isn't that amazing. The customer support is one excellent.
