My goldie was diagnosed with a thyroid tumor, very rare in dogs and not located in a good place. I did a lot of research as far as what the best treatment would be. I finally decided that surgery was the best route but emotionally I was devastated. I called PetsBest to determine my coverage and got the most compassionate representative. She even emailed me the claim form because I think that she wasn't sure that I could download it in my present state of mind. Jak came through the surgery with flying colors. I faxed my bills, and received an email stating that PetsBest received them. Within a week I received 80% of the cost direct deposit. I couldn't be happier.

My dog had some type of eye infection, cut or skin irritation on his paw and then we thought he ate something, but it was some type of flu. I contacted customer service and the girl was so helpful and told me what to do. I highly recommend this company. Fast review of claims and direct deposit in my account.

I never had a dog with so many problems. Some things were not covered by pets best but I knew that from their policy explanations.(luxating patella surgery during first year) Those things that our policy did cover were paid in a very timely manner. Our little Boston terrier has bad allergies and chronic vomiting in the morning. I was so relieved that blood tests to rule out some causes was covered. How can I ever thank you guys. Trouser is the best behaved dog we ever had with the most health problems. thank you for helping us afford finding what is wrong with him. I'been a customer for over 5 years , and all I can say is that this is a good Pet insurance company. You can't go wrong
