I was submitting my first claim with Pets Best, and had a few questions. The representative on the phone answered them with ease. He was efficient, and very friendly! I'm very pleased that I chose an insurance company that is so responsive.

I was so glad that in under five minutes, while in the exam room at the vet, I was able to find out exactly what Pets Best would and wouldn't cover. We knew exactly what to expect before we had to file any claims so we weren't disappointed later. Our 10 year old Great Dane Pharoah taken into the vet with an obstruction we thought and unfortunately found out that his intestine had twisted - because of the concern we were referred to the emergency clinic here in Spokane where he was euthanized after being on the operating table to remove the obstruction and the vet made the discovery and stated there was no recovery for his condition - I called and spoke to Jayne about our claims since their were several facilities used and how they would be handled. She was very informative and concerned and empathetic - Thank you so much! Also the claims were processed in an incredibly quick pace! I could not be happier since the cost of this right after the Christmas holiday was unexpected.
