Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

Overall, I am happy with my service with Pets Best b/c they are very professional and seem to really care about their customers and we aren't just another number. I have spoken with people on the phone from Pets Best who contacted me for further information and it was really easy to get someone on the phone. I am so happy I choose this company to handle my pets insurance and I can tell these are pet lovers themselves.

I could not believe that Pets Best was as ethical as they turned out to be! I had just taken out insurance on my 13 year old Havanese "Lucca". I don't have much faith, if any, on insurance companies honoring submitted claims (on cars, health, etc.) and wouldn't you know it, the very next day...honestly, the very next day after the policy went into effect, "Lucca" stopped eating. Since he is so small, I knew without food and water, it was critical, so I took him in immediately. All testing came back "negative" thank God, and after six long sleepless nights on my part, he started to eat and drink as if nothing had happened. Obviously, something had disagreed with him although I'm still not sure what it could have been. Anyway, my point is, PETSBEST could have argued the point about being one day after the policy went into effect, they could have denied it although my claim was perfectly legitimate and it was coincidental. No problem...they paid promptly and without question! I have to say I was pleasantly surprised but impressed! Can't go wrong on this company! Thank you for reading this review.

The best pet insurance company I could have ever found. They are more than fair, and extremely fast in their reimbursement. I am exremely pleased.

They were always courteous and helpful when I called. They answered my questions thoroughly and reviewed my claims quickly and fairly. I would definitely recommend them. I appreciate that there are many policy options to meet individual needs.

The benefits of having Pet's Best insurance outweighs the cost of the premiums. I am confident that I can afford whatever treatment my dog needs when Pet's Best pays a portion of my bill. My Bernese Mountain Dog needed x-rays and tests to diagnose his limping. Pet's best was very quick to respond and reimburse me for their part of bill. They are also very very nice to deal with on the phone. I will recommend Pet's Best to anyone to wants health insurance for their pet.
