Fortunately, I have not had to submit a claim for Tasha this past year. Pet's Best Insurance is very good to work with on an administrative level. You are given 30 to 45 days' notice before your policy expires along with your renewal rate which gives you ample time to decide. I checked out so many other insurance companies and Pet's Best, by far, offered the best coverage at a reasonable rate.

My Golden Retriever has skin allergy issues. We tried everything, the special food, antibiotics, steriods etc. Our last hope was a expensive pill that has to be taken even day. It costs $140 a month. Pets Best processes the claims fast! It of course depends on the volume they receive but for example yesterday was Sunday. I faxed them a very simple claim form. Today Monday, I received a email around 1 PM that the claim was received. Two hours later I received another email that the claim was processed. They will send me another email within 24 hrs with the breakdown. Then the money will be direct deposit into my checking account within a day or two from experience.

One was processed by the next day, and for the other, Pets Best had to contact my vet for more information. Even with that, those claims were processed within a few days. I am happy with the coverage and with the fairness of Pets Best in considering our claims.

Every time I have called I encountered the friendliest, most helpful customer reps around. My claims get filed immediately and without question.
