Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

My ten year old poodle got into some kind of accident and fractured his neck. The vet bills were over $5K - a pretty massive hit for us, although it was totally worth it and thankfully he is recovering. My policy pays up to a certain point and it is my fall-back for catastrophes such as this, to defray some of the costs involved. This truly alleviates some of the financial pain, but the fast service and consistent, ongoing communication kept me in the loop every step of the way. I'm so pleased with this company that, even though we are prohibited to have referral programs in NJ, I recommend it to everyone I know because it is truly the best pet insurance (I've had a few companies already). I'm so pleased and relieved, a completely satisfied customer between the policy and the customer service. Thank you so much for a job very well done.

I cannot say enough good things about PetsBest. I think anyone who lives with animal companions is absolutely crazy if they do not cover every animal, no matter how young or how old, with one of PetsBest policies. The coverage guidelines are very clear, the online process of claims is super fast, and the reimbursement is quick as well. I recommend them to every friend I have that has a pet!
