Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I highly recommend Pets Best! I am 100% satisfied!

I've had this insurance for over 5 years...been paying them hundreds of dollars a year for all that time. They are good in terms of responding to claims, but in my case I paid far more for the insurance than I got back from them (thank God my dog has been healthy). Suddenly they change underwriters and my premiums change from $51 per month to $138 per month. So all these years I've been paying for coverage, now when my dog is older and I really need the coverage, they make the premiums unaffordable. Save your money, put some away each month, and pay for your vet bills yourself. I'd be in a much better position now if I'd done that instead of giving them money for all these years.

Pets Best is an over priced insurance company that works on a corporate level and has people in customer service who are trained in sales, but not humanity.By having unaffordable pet insurance rates, people cancel policies and animals do not get the care they need. Very dissapointing!!!!!!

My cat had a life-threatening bladder stone removed less ago, and the claim was processed and I had the money back in my hands within 3 weeks! It gives me so much peace of mind to know that I do not need to think twice about the cost of a life-saving medical procedure for our pets. Medical emergencies are stressful enough without worrying about how to pay for them. Great service for unexpected pet emergencies.

I have had this insurance for 5 of the 6.5 years I've had my dog and its been great. I have saved thousands and been able to give my dog the medical care she needs. It has paid for itself and allows me to go to specialty vets for my dog without question. I would highly recommend this insurance company for any pet owner.
