Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I got a german shepherd rescue 1 1/2 years ago. I never believed in pet insurance in the past. With this dog it seemed a must. I could not be happier with the policy and treatment I have received. They have paid for her foot injury, sensitive stomach problems and everything else I have encountered. I am thankful that Pets Best exist. It has been a true money saver! Thanks

One of the things I like about Pets Best Ins. is the quick response you get when you file a claim.

We have had coverage on our 2 Shelties for a few years now. Last year, our older girl became very sick. Best Pets came through paying up the the Plan max which was very helpful given the money we have had to pay out. During her recovery, a second diagnosis was made. This time it was terminal cancer. Best Pets did their part again. Again paying up to the plan max for this new diagnosis. In total, Best Pets processed over a dozen claims, each one handled very timely. Gabby is still with us and although we paid out thousands in the past year, we would have paid more. It was very helpful to have this insurance to help mitigate the costs.

I decided to get Pet's Best based on reviews of the company. However, I decided I would save it for a TRUE emergency, choosing to pay for all other vet visits on my own for my two Bichons & 1 maltese. My middle Bichon recently did have a TRUE emergency and could have died. But the ER vets in Buffalo Grove saved him, diagnosed him, got him on the right track and Pets Best covered the majority of the bill, which helped me keep money in the bank for the additional costs now that he's a diabetic and would need regulating. I'm happy to report he's now my little "diabetic on the go" and thanks to Pets Best - I'll always have peace of mind during a TRUE emergency! They are worth EVERY penny I pay them quarterly! HUMAN insurance companies could learn a thing or two from this company!

Very happy with this service. The rates are reasonable, and I was even able to cover an older dog. The claim forms are easy, and the refunds are quick and into your account electronically. Would definitely use them again.
