Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I have two cats who have been ill several times requiring vet visits and diagnostics. My claims have always been handled swiftly, fairly and payment made in a couple of weeks. Peace of mind certainly is worth the price of the premium.

I had three policy's two on Lori my three year old cat . I have spent over $800.00 and claim amount return $75.00 .Again beware of this plan . I'm going to post on all sights don't enroll in Pets Best .

I bought insurance for my dog, Libby. She is my best friend and I want to keep her healthy and living for a long time. I have had no problems with the insurance I purchased from Pets Best. I have come to depend on them for her health needs.

I have had Pets Best for approximately one year now, and honestly never thought we'd ever had to request their assistance, well, it happened, and we have to admit, this company is top notch! Every phone call, every email, is responded to expeditiously, professionally, and with utmost courtesy. Follow up phone calls were made to ensure I understand everything I needed to know about my claim. Not to mention each phone conversation was personal and caring because they listened attentively and ensured that I was satisfied with their responses, they listened attentively to each problem. In my situation I had back to back emergencies with our Kitty (that's her name BTW), and I must commend Pets Best for the the absolute care and assistance they provided me when it came to reimbursing my claim. It was expeditious and most of all their representatives handled each phone call with care and concern, THAT to me is the epitome of how an insurance company should treat their "paying" customers. Thank you Pets Best, you guys are No1 in our book!
