Customer service that went above and beyond for me
We had to get emergency care for our cat that amounted to more than a $1000 charge from the vet. We faxed the claim to Pets Best and called to make sure they received it. Bryn went above and beyond what I would have expected to verify that they had received it and she was very understanding and more than helpful during the entire process. I really appreciated the extra effort she put in to helping me.
