Anja Was Not Feeling Well And …

Anja was not feeling well and was having some some random symptoms. But most of all I knew my girl was off. With the help of my vet, Michigan State University and Pets Best; Anja was taken care of. Anja had been feeling very off but then she had a seizure. I took her to my vet, Mike Sweet, who ran a blood panel. Her white cell count came back elevated. We then decided to run some other tests to make sure Anja was on the road to recovery. Anja had a MRI, more blood panels and a spinal tap. It came bake with a diagnosis of Toxoplasmosis. Her levels were extremely high over 5000. That number should be below 640. The staff at MSU and Milan Vet Clinic were very responsive to our needs to get Anja on the road to recovery. After months of treatment I am glad I can say my sweet Anja is feeling good and is happy. I am so thankful of the Milan Vet Clinic, MSU Vets and Pets Best in caring for my girl. Without the help of Pets Best I know she would have not gotten the care that she did. Thank you for covering her.

Unfortunately Our Goldens Have…

Unfortunately our goldens have had a variety of injuries and surgeries related to their knees and legs but Pets Best has lightened the load covering 90% of our vet bills and providing peace of mind during some tough times..... thanks for being there!"

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
