Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I have had three dogs with Pets Best. Maya passed suddenly and Pets Best paid for her creamation even. The lady on the phone cared deeply that Maya passed. The pup Mika has never had a claim. My charley has been plagued with problems from seizures to eye ulcerations. Pets Best always was there for me, Maya, Charley and Mika. Always.

We recently had to file a claim for the cost of emergency surgery for our young cat Ollie who developed FLUTD. I was amazed at how quickly the claim was processed for us. Your customer service has been outstanding and we appreciated the ongoing communications on the status of our claim. We are relieved that we signed up for pet insurance in the first place, and are recommending this to our friends and other family members who own pets!

Thank you Pet's Best! I had a very sick cat earlier this year and finally had to put her down. The vet bills really racked up. After that, I decided that I should get pet insurance for my other cat and the new cat that I got from a rescue. About 6 weeks after the policy kicked in, my new cat became very sick and had to be hospitalized for 2 nights. She's better now, but I was worried about whether the insurance would cover the costs. Within a week of filing my claims, I received a message that the claims were processed and I would get reimbursed as per my policy. It's better than people insurance!
