Smooth sailing!
I signed up for insurance for my 8 year old cat (very affordable!) Lola, in case anything were to happen to her. Wouldn't you know it, she got sick about a month later. I've had to take her to 2 vet appointments and one specialist in the last few months. Pets Best has a great customer service chat- they're very helpful and answered all my questions.
The process of fulfilling Lola's deductible, submitting claims and getting feedback has all been very smooth. As soon as her deductible was met, Pet's Best sent me an e-mail (within a few business days) with an itemized list of reimbursement letting me know what was covered and what wasn't. I haven't signed up for direct deposit yet, but I should be getting the first check in 5-7 business days (her vet appointment was 4 business days ago).
I would definitely recommend Pet's Best to anyone looking for insurance for their fur kid. Highly worth it.
