Pets Best Truly the Best!

I've been with Pets Best since my dog broke his foot at 5 months old and it was recommended I get coverage. Five years later I still have it and it's worth every penny. The coverage guidelines are very clear, the online process of claims is super fast, and the reimbursement is quick as well. I recommend them to every friend I have that has a pet!

Fast claims payment, every time.

I have been very impressed with Pets Best prompt processing and payment of our claims. We have insured two dogs with them and have had a very positive experience. We will definitely be using them again when we add another pet to our family. They've paid $1,000's in claims payments to us, and they came through especially when we were dealing with a torn ACL. Thanks Pets Best!!

Wonderful service

I switched from another pet insurance because Pets Best has better service. I'm completely happy with it. When I get a second dog, I will add her to this plan.

My Supplement was Covered!

I had a question about the new coverage for approved Supplements. Not only is the Supplement that my pet takes every day covered, but I was told I could submit a claim for my next Rx before my renewal date because it is so close. Love Pets Best!

I am amazed to say the least on how wonderful this company is. The customer service dept is gracious & helpful, claims are handled promptly & payment made within a few days. I have tried a few different insurance companies in the past & they nit picked each line item. I paid more & got back much less. Wonderful company..Scarlet thanks you & so do I.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
