Fast, no pain paid
I can not believe this, I submitted my claim on last Sunday, and I am gonna get my money on this Thursday. WowThat's what I call go Pet Insurance company, not like my old one that was taking them over 30 days, and still not paying me. Thx Pets Best. Now I know you are the best.

Great Service
Soon after I purchased insurance for my new puppy and three days after being spayed, I had to take her to the emergency vet because she was throwing up. They found that she had swallowed something that would not pass from her intestine into her colon and they had to operate immediately. Somehow, she had eaten all or part of an acorn.The cost of this second operation was around $2000. Pets Best very quickly paid their portion of both the spay and the second operation. Needless to say, this was very helpful to me at a stressful time.

The claim was processed in a timely manner
The time taken to handle the claim was processed in a very timely manner. My vet submitted the claim and it was processed less than a week.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
