Highly recommend PetsBest

Been very pleased with the service and quick response to claims. We have been using them for 8 years and definitely saved us a lot of money in vet bills with our senior labs we lost last year. Decided to insure our lab pups and it was a wise decision.

Amazing and better than human insurance

Pets Best was so caring and so quick about reimbursement as I went through the process of cancer and chemo with my beloved 7 year old cat. I could not have asked for a better experience from caring individuals. Much better than human insurance that just wants to deny everything. I am also a pet sitter and will recommend PB to EVERYONE I service.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
