Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

It still amazes me how wonderful this company is. My dog recently lost her tail to cancer. We were at a loss. Not only were we scared to death about losing our baby, but we did not know how to begin dealing with the all of the tests and surgeries. Not only did Pet's Best walk me through the claims process BEFORE the surgery so we would know what to expect, but they lent me a very understanding, kind ear while I cried on the phone. The claims representative worked directly with me so that I received the absolute MOST from Pet's Best and did not once try to find a way around payment. She showed me exactly how to claim it and the covered EVERYTHING. Our baby is happy and healthy and sporting her new nubby tail with pride. I cannot thank this company enough for the support and care they showed our family throughout this entire process...Thank you again!

I submitted my vet bill and, according to my plan, expected a response in 10 business days! Got an email immediately verifying receipt and another one a day later saying my monies would be deposited the following day. I am so happy I opted for Pets Best insurance for my Shih Tzu puppy, Sassy. A friend is using another company and has had nothing but problems getting their claim paid.

I have submitted 3 claims to Pets Best over a couple of years for cats and my dog. The submission of the claim is painless, and my claim has always been processed within one day. We are very disappointed in the amoount of coverage versus our annual premium. What we paid for our seven year old Kylee's annual physical and wellness tests, shots etc at our AAHA approved vets...was only one third covered by insurance. With an annual premium of over $1000 and we have had only wellness and physicals. It seems to be getting worst each year.
