Words cannot express what I have been through with my boy who had emergency bulge in neck tried neck therapy first then collapsed needed emergency neck surgery. Rushed him back multiple times as he cried in pain and h ended up having undiagnosed cardiac distress. Pets Best is the most amazing insurance anyone could ask for. Payments refunded immediately. Don't go with the ploy of newer in surname companies that are all " talk literally" . Pets best best is amazing and I can't say enough.... My hoy is recovering and resting and will be strong til the end as I have dine everything we could without pets best this would not have been possible . Thanks you

The policies with this company (wellness & accident) are guaranteed to increase your out-of-pocket pet expenses and you will see little to no reimbursements for claims. After $8,000+ in claims, they paid a total of $225 and our premiums were $600. Their favorite denial is "pre-existing" condition or "birth defect". I would not recommend this insurance to my worst enemy.

I am 88 and living on S.S. If Rosa had a serious illness I wouldn't be able to keep her. Having Prt's Best Insurance bring security to her and peach of mind to me. Also, hen I have needed to file a claim it has been a very positive experience.

After much research and now having dealt with them for 4 years I'll give them a 9+ out of 10. Easy to work with and most importantly I have had no issues with coverage. It's good to know my dogs are well covered. Thank you PerBest.
