Claims are taking too long to get…
Claims are taking too long to get reimbursed. I have made several claims over the last few months and they take so long to process them.
I put the vet bills on a credit card and the claims are never done before my payment is due so I am paying a lot of interest. Some are just prescription claims and still take atleast a month.

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
