Turnaround Time for Claims Process- Awful!
The turnaround for a submitted claim is unacceptable. A delay use to happen here and there, which I would let go, but now it is every time a claim is submitted. They have the time to send an email to apologize for the delay, but not process the claim itself? The delay can be up to 5 weeks sometimes. The amount I pay per month for this service, does not reflect the customer service quality when it comes to processing claims.
