SAVE YOUR MONEY
Takes longer than 45 days and they told me that her condition was pre-existing even though she had only been throwing up a week before. I got the insurance because I thought it would help, it just added onto the problem. Scam company with crap values.

Highly Recommend!
The coverage, customer service, and claim submitting process are excellent. We've had to submit several claims for our golden retriever's back/spinal issues and the claims process was the least stressful part of our dog's road to recovery. I highly recommend PetsBest to anyone!

Their claim response time has gone from…
Their claim response time has gone from acceptable to poor. Pets Best is
now issuing a new claim number after the original claim number is not processed in approx. 2 weeks. They then process the new claim number, which complies with their response time criteria. What a joke!

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
